Using the integrated control, functions such as soft start and stop as well as adjustable end stops can be easily implemented. These functions simplify assembly and digitally compensate for mechanical manufacturing tolerances, for example with large flaps and machine hoods.

Thanks to the real-absolute position feedback, the actual position of the actuator can be read at any time. Due to this safe control of the actuator collisions and misalignments can be avoided. This can also be used to compensate for temperature fluctuations, such as those that occur outdoors.

The integrated control works with the CAN bus SAE J1939 plug-and-play system, which is widely used in industry and mechanical engineering. A variety of commands and feedback can be easily read out. The integrated control also allows synchronization of several actuators, so that movement sequences can take place in real synchronization.
