The success story of aaa
What began in Friedrichshafen in 2014 with 81 exhibitors has now become a highly successful series of events throughout the D-A-CH region. In 2026, the first all about automation events will take place in Berlin and Wels, Austria. In 2027, Graz in Austria will be added as a new location.
Friedrichshafen
The birthplace of the event series and now the largest aaa trade fair, with an impact on the entire international Lake Constance region and the whole of southern Germany.

Since 2015 the regional exhibition for and in NRW. Started at Messe Essen, the aaa in the west moved to Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf in 2022.

Since 2017, an aaa has been held in the Hamburg metropolitan region. Since 2025, it has been held at the Hamburg Messe exhibition centre and is relevant for the whole of northern Germany.

Heilbronn

2024 was the first year that all about automation was held in Bavaria. Straubing is located in the middle of the industrial region of Lower Bavaria and is connected on a short way to the also economically strong Upper Palatinate. The aaa in Straubing takes place every 2 years.

Upper Austria is known for its strong industrial base. The Wels Exhibition Centre offers one of the newest and most technically advanced exhibition halls in Austria. From 2026 onwards, an all about automation event will be held here every even-numbered year.
