2026 in Review: All About Automation in Wels
Strong Start for “all about automation” in Austria
The inaugural edition of all about automation in Wels on May 20–21, 2026, was a resounding success. The two-day event was marked by face-to-face discussions, short distances between booths, concrete solutions, and a vibrant trade show atmosphere. The event showcased practical automation, robotics, and digitalization solutions for machines, systems, and industrial production.
With 268 exhibitors, all about automation in Wels immediately became Austria’s largest automation trade show in terms of exhibitor numbers and, at the same time, the largest aaa premiere in the trade show series. 3,566 trade visitors took advantage of the event to engage in direct dialogue with manufacturers, system integrators, and automation specialists.
The next all about automation in Austria will take place on September 21–22, 2027, in Graz. In Wels, all about automation will return on May 17–18, 2028.

270 exhibitors, a fully booked exhibition hall, and a exhibition concept new to Austria: Europe’s most successful exhibition series for industrial automation, robotics, and digitalization is coming to Wels! Automation has not been represented on this scale at a exhibition in Austria for years.
At all about automation, users and decision-makers meet with manufacturers of automation components and systems, providers of robotics solutions, integrators, software providers, service providers, and distributors.

The announcement of the new exhibition was initially met with scepticism in the industry: location, date, demand? Our curiosity was piqued – so we took the first step and attended an information session organised by Easyfairs. Initial reservations turned into enthusiasm: the concept is convincing. We are on board and look forward to a successful event in Wels.
The exhibition concept behind all about automation convinced us right from the start: a focused platform for industrial automation that is compact, practical and dialogue-oriented. Our colleagues in Germany have been reporting very positive experiences with all about automation for years – this further reinforced our decision to participate in Wels. We look forward to helping shape this new industry meeting place in Austria, presenting our automation solutions and working with customers and partners to further advance the digital transformation.
We are delighted to be part of the first edition of AAA in Wels. The concept behind the exhibition has already been very well received in Germany and Switzerland, both by exhibitors and visitors. I am therefore convinced that All About Automation will also be a success here and will quickly establish itself as a dynamic platform for exchange.
The concept connects – it appeals to technicians of all ages. The minimalist system stand construction creates equal conditions for everyone and ensures networking on an equal footing.
