Die Bauteilbibliotheken sind ohne Metadaten, haben falsche Footprints und/oder unpraktische Symbole. Die Schaltpläne sind gequetscht, haben keinen ersichtlichen Signalfluss und Anmerkungen fehlen komplett. Traditionsargumente wie “Das haben wir schon immer so gemacht” bestimmen die Entscheidungsfindung.
Das ist natürlich kein Umfeld, in dem du wächst und etwas leisten kannst.
