As an assembly and production employee, you are responsible for SMELA’s future and the realization of our products at the heart of value creation. In close cooperation with the entire team, you can give free rein to your structured streak, but also continuously optimize processes and tools through foresight, train yourself further and grow together with us.

With us, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of parts and assemblies at several processing stations. You will set up and operate production systems, monitor processes and eliminate defined malfunctions. You will carry out mechanical and electrical measurements and, together with your future colleagues, plan the control of assembly processes and support the development of new tools.

As our development talent, you are responsible for SMELA’s future and the further development of our products. Depending on your specialist knowledge, you will deal with the construction of mechatronic components, PCB design, programming controllers, measuring performance data, evaluating, analyzing and documenting. In close cooperation with the entire team, you can let your creative, structured and analytical streak run free, continue your education and grow with us.

With us you will develop and construct new products and accompany their introduction from the first idea to series production.
You support the implementation of trials, tests and analyzes and, together with your future colleagues, you take on the planning and control of assembly processes and the development of new tools.

As our sales enthusiast, you are responsible for SMELA’s acquisition of new customers and of course you also maintain contacts with existing customers. Everyday office life is not always something for you? No problem! You can pursue your passion with the customers on site or during a wide variety of networking events (e.g. trade fairs). You have the opportunity to build your own team, continue your education and grow with us.

With us, you will take on, among other things, the support and expansion of an existing customer and product portfolio, the acquisition of new customers and active market development in the DACH region. The observation of trends, lead generation and the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns as well as customer project support from inquiry to delivery are omnipresent.

You will work closely with our electrical design engineers and our mechanical design engineers as early as the planning phase of the projects, and you will find the best solutions together as a team.
Most of our customers are in southern Germany and Switzerland.
Therefore, only a small willingness to travel of about 5% is necessary.
You spend the weekends at home.
If necessary, you will receive training from KUKA and Siemens to ensure that your induction goes smoothly. You will learn our software and our standards together in our team.

You take on the task of assembling and manufacturing assemblies for customer systems and assembling the complete machine in the factory and at the customer’s site (D-A-CH approx. 10%).
Your area of responsibility will also include the maintenance of mechanical systems for our customers.
