Many of our customers rely on our expertise in the design, manufacture and documentation of control cabinets according to UL.
The UL standard UL508a is the basis for UL approval of controls in the USA and Canada. At E.P. we are registered with UL and can design, manufacture and document your control system according to UL508a.
In addition, we are authorized to mark controllers with a UL label already here in Germany if they have been designed and manufactured by us. This offers our customers the advantages:
-short distances and significantly lower costs with UL marking in Germany
-the cost-intensive individual certification of switchgear is eliminated
-UL-compliant planning, manufacturing and documentation also as a proof of competence towards North American customers
-significantly simplified procedure for testing in the USA
