YOUR TASKS:
• Providing technical advice and support to our customers and partners regarding our products and automation solutions
• Monitoring our ticket system and answering customer inquiries via ticket system (JIRA or Hubspot) or support hotline
• Creating help documents for using the products in various applications, e.g. FAQs, checklists and technical documents such as technical articles etc.
• Supporting product management in the expansion of our modular system
Interface to internal and external customers/partners: as the voice of our customers, you help to optimize our products and are an important link to our development department
• Carrying out technical training courses and creating training documents for our customers and partners
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• You have a university degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, alternatively a degree as a state-certified technician or comparable qualification
• Your professional and industry experience in technical product and application consulting in the automation environment is an advantage; committed newcomers are welcome!
• Ideally, you have knowledge of applications (e.g. palletizing, machine loading, etc.) and their peripherals and/or experience in the field of automation technology in an industrial environment
• You are the figurehead of coboworx: you communicate positively and proactively (verbally and in writing) with our customers and the project team
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package as well as written and spoken German and English round off your profile, other languages are an advantage
