Hygiene Safety Concept

The Safest Place To Meet stands above the protection concept for all about automation. With this concept, the trade fair is controlled and safe for visitors, exhibitors and employees. It is equally important to us that all participants feel comfortable under the new conditions and achieve their trade fair goals. In the fall of 2020, we were able to successfully conduct two all about automation trade fairs with a protection and hygiene concept.
The determination of the licensing requirements for hosting trade fairs is regulated in the various Corona ordinances of the states. At all three all about automation locations in the fall 2021, trade fairs are again feasible with the currently valid Corona protection ordinances and after coordination with the local authorities. The federal-state decision of August 10, 2021 also defines nationwide valid that in compliance with the 3G rules (inoculated, tested, recovered) trade fairs can take place.

The concept includes 3G access control (tested, vaccinated, recovered), measures for people density, minimum distance compliance, high hygiene standards and contact tracking. At each trade fair location, rapid tests will be easy to implement for exhibitors and visitors in a way that is easy to measure.

The Corona ordinances in force in the respective federal states, together with the relevant standards and opening schedules for trade fairs and events, form the basis for the design of the protection and hygiene concept. Any changes up to the time of the trade fair will be adjusted promptly. Therefore, before participating in a trade fair, please compare whether you still have the current version of our hygiene and protection concept.
