MyEasyfairs is your central portal, allowing you to manage your profile, organise your trade fair participation, invite your network via personalised links, and download leads after the fair.
Your MyEasyfairs login is valid for all your trade fair participations. As soon as the portal for the relevant venue has been activated, the trade fair will automatically appear in your dashboard.
The checklist helps you keep track of everything. It contains all deadlines, to-dos and contact details in one clear overview. You will find the checklist for your exhibition further down in the location overview.
In our virtual kick-offs, you will receive all the key information about organisation, marketing and special campaigns for your exhibition participation. You will find the dates for your exhibition further down in the location overview.

Market entry in the Netherlands and expansion in Austria
The ‘all about automation’ trade fair series continues on its growth trajectory and will take its next strategic step in 2027: with its debut in the Netherlands, the successful trade fair concept will be rolled out into a new international market outside the German-speaking world for the first time. At the same time, the organisation’s presence in Austria will be further expanded. In Germany, demand remains high – with deliberately limited growth and a clear focus on quality.

Please note that not every company offering you services for the trade fair has been commissioned by us. We would like to warn you about some misleading offers.
Unofficial exhibitor directories
We would like to warn you about unauthorised trade fair directories that request exhibitors at our trade fairs to provide their details. There are companies operating that advertise their products and services in a misleading manner using the name of the trade fair and the organiser. We would like to point out that Easyfairs has absolutely no connection with: International Fairs Directory | Automation.bz | EXPO GUIDE | FAIRGUIDE.COM | Construct Data Verlag AG
We expressly distance ourselves from the business practices of these and similar companies. The data used by these companies is usually copied from publicly available sources (e.g. online exhibitor directories, catalogues, etc.).
Please ensure that you carefully check any offers you receive for trade fair directories. We expressly warn you against the companies mentioned in the introductory list and their sometimes misleading offers and requests for payment.
You can make all entries for the official trade fair directories, such as your listing in the exhibitor directory, free of charge online via MyEasyfairs.
Provider of visitor lists / trade show data
Beware of list providers, data offers and similar scams. Please also be cautious of fraudulent offers for list data and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails.
If you receive such a message, it is almost certainly fraudulent and does not come from Easyfairs. We never sell visitor data to third parties. In most cases, the data provided by such companies is inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even fake, and/or has been collected or acquired in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please do not respond to these emails. Under no circumstances should you make payments to the companies behind them.
