Look Back at 2026: all about automation in Zurich

Busy halls, lively discussions and plenty of new contacts: all about automation, in collaboration with maintenance Schweiz, brought the Swiss industrial sector together over two days.
On 26 and 27 August 2026, the focus at Messe Zürich was on automation, robotics, digitalisation and industrial maintenance. In even-numbered years, all about automation in Zurich is the most important meeting place for industrial automation in Switzerland – and in 2026, too, the response demonstrated just how firmly established the event is.
The dynamic growth of the trade fair was also reflected in the figures: 290 exhibitors showcased their solutions at both events – 230 at all about automation and 60 at maintenance Schweiz. That is 15 per cent more exhibitors than in 2024. The event also saw a significant increase in visitor numbers: 4,232 exhibition visitors came to Zurich – 33 per cent more than two years ago.
The Talk Lounges were also a popular gathering place on both days of the trade show. On both stages at all about automation, practical presentations by exhibitors and the program curated by SwissT.net—featuring application-oriented science—provided a variety of insights. The division into “Solution” and “Innovation” helped guide attendees and highlighted the diversity of topics.
