Commissioning of offline programs and calibration of robots at the customer’s site

Your tasks:
Construction and commissioning of robot-supported automation systems at our plant in Gunzenhausen
Fixture and gripper construction
Assembly, commissioning and maintenance of complex mechatronic systems throughout Germany, Europe and internationally
Carrying out repairs, conversions, modernizations, functional tests and inspections
Independent analysis and elimination of faults in the factory and on site at the customer’s premises

Your tasks:
Project planning and software development for PLC controls with associated visualization
You will be actively involved in the creation of new automation concepts and the improvement of existing ones
You will create/coordinate the associated control technology scopes, the peripheral connections and the representation of the process sequences
You clarify the functional sequences with the contact persons (internal development departments, customers and suppliers) and take over the management of defined project scopes
Documentation of the developed systems and commissioning at our customers’ premises
In cooperation with sales and project management, you will be responsible for follow-up management and support functions

Your tasks:
1. support of well-known customers and their projects at home and, if applicable, abroad
2. responsibility for the technical and economic implementation of our customer orders including project controlling
3. co-creation / review / coordination of automation technology concepts
4. support in the preparation of quotation and performance bases
5. cooperation in the awarding of delivery and service packages and their coordination
6. scheduling and monitoring
7. installation and commissioning supervision, cooperation in the documentation of project-specific delivery and service scopes
8. coordination of functional processes and interfaces, as well as central contact person for all service providers on site

On January 19th, we proudly released FLECS v3.0.0-hedgehog! This version is not only an advancement of our technology but also a milestone in simplifying and enhancing efficiency for PLC manufacturers and machine builders.

In the work preparation team, you will work on the 3D design of sheet metal parts and assemblies as well as the NC programming of our sheet metal processing machines. Tasks include master data maintenance, parts list and resource creation, as well as product costing. Customer projects are also organized, communicated and monitored here.
Perfect would be a corresponding education, or several years of experience in the field of designing sheet metal components and assemblies.
Technical understanding, spatial imagination, drawing reading and independent work are the requirements to successfully fill this position.
