Our HSB-sigma® portal linear units are the lighter and more streamlined alternative to the HSB-gamma® series – ideal for multi-axis systems where efficiency and reduced weight are key.

Each HSB-sigma® unit is built around a closed, high-rigidity aluminum profile developed in-house and equipped with an integrated HSB roller guide. The optimized arrangement of the hardened guide strips allows the carriage to absorb forces almost equally from all directions, ensuring balanced performance and dependable stability.

The HSB-sigma® series is available in four sizes, from HSB-sigma® 70 to HSB-sigma® 160. A range of drive options is offered to meet practical requirements and enable flexible system configurations.
