Sign, one price, all booked
Exhibiting at all about automation is simple, quickly realized and efficient. Each location can be booked individually. You receive an all-inclusive participation package with stand construction, stand equipment, extensive media and marketing packages as well as the EasyGo service package. Additional services (further furniture, printing of the system walls, sponsoring, lectures) and the upgrades of the EasyGo packages can be booked with the registration or in the course of the preparation of the exhibition.

Choose the right package for you. In 2024, the EasyGo package GoLeads is included in the participation price for German aaa trade fairs. From 2025, the EasyGo packages will be shown separately.

Additional package sizes and prices are listed in the registration documents. EasyGo package prices ranging from €950 to €2,500 are additional. An EasyGo package is mandatory. EasyGo package prices ranging from €1,000 to €2,600 are additional, as is participation in the exhibitor flat-rate insurance. An EasyGo package is mandatory. Prices apply to all all about automation locations in Germany and Austria in 2027.
Price advantages
- 5% premiere discount for the Graz (AT) location for registrations made by May 31, 2026, and extended free cancellation period until May 31, 2026.
- Rebooking discount for existing customers. For bookings made by the end of the previous trade fair:
- 7% for bookings with the EasyGo GoPlus package
- 5% for bookings with the EasyGo GoLeads package
- Combined discount for simultaneous bookings of multiple trade fairs in the 2027 calendar year:
- 3% for 3 trade fairs
- 4% for 4 trade fairs
- 5% for 5 or more trade fairs
- The discounts can be combined.
