Wir entwickeln und integrieren Systeme, in denen Mechanik, Robotik, Sensorik\/Bildverarbeitung und Automatisierung nahtlos zusammenspielen. Ziel ist nicht \u201eTechnik um der Technik willen\u201c, sondern messbar bessere Prozesse: h\u00f6here Flexibilit\u00e4t, stabilere Qualit\u00e4t und weniger manuelle Aufw\u00e4nde in Produktion und Intralogistik.
\nDabei realisieren wir unter anderem robotergest\u00fctzte Handling- und Montageapplikationen, End-of-Line-Pr\u00fcf- und Inspektionssysteme sowie flexible F\u00f6rdersysteme. Ein zentraler Baustein ist die mobile Robotik: Wir planen und integrieren Autonome Mobile Roboter (AMR) und Fahrerlose Transportsysteme (FTS) inklusive Flottenkonzept, Sicherheitsarchitektur und Anbindung an Produktions- und IT-Strukturen. So entsteht eine Intralogistik, die mitw\u00e4chst \u2013 und Materialfl\u00fcsse, die sich dynamisch an Auftr\u00e4ge, Engp\u00e4sse und Layouts anpassen.
\nErgebnis: modulare, praxisnahe Mechatronik-L\u00f6sungen aus einer Hand \u2013 f\u00fcr mehr Durchsatz, mehr Prozesssicherheit und eine Fertigung, die flexibel auf neue Produkte und Varianten reagieren kann.<\/p>\n
