Designed for high-performance automation solutions, these new encoders feature low noise, low speed ripple and extensive operating data. Featuring the EnDat 3 interface, they are also compatible the HMC 2 single-cable solution.<\/p>\n<p>At first glance, the new HEIDENHAIN ECI 1122 and EQI 1134 inductive rotary encoders don\u2019t seem different from other models within the series. Their specs, however, tell a different story, especially their improved singleturn position resolution of 22 bits. This higher resolution strongly mitigates a motor\u2019s speed ripple and position noise.
