The separable interface between the servomotors of the CM3C.. series and planetary gearboxes of the PxG® series enables quick assembly and disassembly, so that, for example, a motor can be replaced quickly and easily.
The precise planetary gears and servomotors have been optimized for compact attachment. As a result, the overall length and mass inertia could be significantly reduced compared to a clamping ring design. The form-fitting connection is easy to join and enables torque and speed to be transmitted safely. When dismantling the servomotor, for example, only four connecting screws have to be loosened before the motor and gearbox can be separated.
With the optimization of the geometric interface, the friction losses of the entire drive could also be further reduced. This not only increases the efficiency, but also the required motor current could be reduced. The use of the Premium Sine Seal radial shaft seal guarantees a long service life, and premature failure due to leakage is almost impossible. There is no effort for the customer to assemble the gears and motors, since the drive unit is already tested and delivered in the assembled state.
The helical planetary gears of the PxG® series are available in three performance classes and cover a torque range from 20 to 6500 Nm. Performance class 5 was developed for use in dynamic applications. The planetary gears of performance class 6 are suitable for applications with high duty cycles.

["313211

1803

post-409959","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","edition-all-about-automation-friedrichshafen-24
["GET
