\n\u2013 Data analysis and definition of event triggers and algorithms for predictive maintenance
\n\u2013 Definition of standards for uniform reporting of data analysis and derivation of recommendations for action
\n\u2013 Carrying out assessments, condition diagnoses and weak point analyzes on machine tools
\n\u2013 Implementation and evaluation of 3D axis diagnoses
\n\u2013 Ensuring the availability as well as further development and sustainable optimization of machine tools
\n\u2013 Professional support and training for employees<\/p>\n
Your qualification:
\n\u2013 Study computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
\n\u2013 Alternatively, completed further training as a technician
\n\u2013 Experience in the areas of data analysis, evaluation of vibration and oscillation analysis and frequency converters
\n\u2013 Good knowledge of drive technology, power electronics, industrial automation software and condition monitoring
\n\u2013 Experience and knowledge in repairing and commissioning production and logistics systems desirable
\n\u2013 Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
\n\u2013 Taking over on-call duty<\/p>\n
