Your tasks:
\n\u2013 Preparation of offers according to commercial and technical specifications
\n\u2013 Reviewing commercial and technical order data and processing offers using SAP CRM
\n\u2013 Appointment processing and tracking in collaboration with internal sales and the assembly plants
\n\u2013 Telephone support for customers and support of sales colleagues
\n\u2013 Participation in customer projects as well as internal projects for process optimization<\/p>\n
Your qualification:
\n\u2013 Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
\n\u2013 Ideally, initial professional experience in a commercial professional environment
\n\u2013 Knowledge of using SAP CRM and MS Office
\n\u2013 Technical understanding desirable
\n\u2013 Experience in customer service is an advantage<\/p>\n
