Your area of responsibility<\/p>\n
– You will procure electronic components and printed circuit boards.
\n– You will control, manage and optimize the purchasing process.
\n– You will prepare supplier quotations for production and sales and create clear comparisons of quotations.
\n– You will be responsible for processing orders (including master data maintenance).
\n– You will process order confirmations and coordinate with your colleagues* in the event of deviations.
\n– You monitor delivery dates and initiate measures if necessary if they are exceeded.
\n– You are responsible for invoice control and posting, and for processing defects (from defect report to posting).<\/p>\n
What you bring with you<\/p>\n
– You have technical knowledge in the field of electronics.
\n– Ideally, you already have a qualification and\/or professional experience in purchasing.
\n– You can communicate clearly and in a target group-oriented manner both internally and externally.
\n– You communicate confidently in German and English with suppliers and business partners.
\n– You are confident with MS Office programs and an ERP system (if possible with Dynamics NAV).
\n– You work independently and conscientiously.<\/p>\n
