On 17 and 18 September 2025, the ‘Alte Schmiedehalle’ in the Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf was once again the meeting place for everyone in North Rhine-Westphalia who is shaping the future with automation, robotics and digitalisation.
The exhibition has grown significantly: 226 exhibitors and 2,502 trade visitors took advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas, network and discover innovative solutions. In 2024, there were 170 exhibitors and 2,005 visitors – this positive development underlines the importance of the event for the region.
A big thank you goes to all exhibitors, partners and visitors who made the event such a successful meeting place for the automation industry.
The next all about automation Düsseldorf will take place on 14 and 15 October 2026.

Automation expertise in NRW has its home at all about automation in the Areal Böhler.
The 170 exhibitors in the fully booked hall were pleased to see a 20 per cent increase in visitors compared to the previous year’s trade fair. 2,005 visitors (2023: 1,663) experienced new products, exchanged ideas with suppliers about innovative solutions, saw cobots in action and discussed how digitalisation and AI will change industrial automation.
In 2025, all about automation will move to the larger ‘Alte Schmiedehalle’.
The next all about automation in Düsseldorf will take place again on 17 + 18 September 2025 at Areal Böhler. The move to a larger hall means that more exhibitors can be added. Stand bookings are already possible.
